My love I long to embrace
Forever seeking a secret place
To let our love bloom
Underneath the majestic moon
Awaiting our first kiss
The expression of everlasting bliss
How my heart leaps
With the promise that you keep
That you will find me someday
On the shore of a blue bay
As we lay by a field of flowers
We talk by the hour
As you hold my hand
We dance to the orchestra band
Every morning when day breaks
To your soft voice I awake
To say goodbye in the sun's light
Until we meet again tomorrow night

| Fear is a part of life. It is part of the range of feelings that humans experience on a daily basis. In our culture, fear has come to be experienced as negative. However, the truth is that fear is a perfectly normal feeling to experience and we would all feel a lot better if we simply allowed ourselves to feel it fully. If we do not we will have somatic symptoms of fear that are much more painful than simply allowing the feeling to be felt.
